I’m from USA/Canada/Australia/Europe, can I still have my race analysed?
Yes! While we are based in the UK, you can still email us a link from Youtube, FloTrack, RunnerSpace, MileSplit or wherever else. Where transponder (or chip) timings are available, send across a link to these too and we can go from there.
How long will it take for the analysis to be completed?
Once you have placed your order at the checkout, we aim to email your race report to you (in a PDF format) within 7 days. Please be aware that during peak times, our services may be slower than usual. However we’ll attempt to have your report with you as soon as possible.
For multiple analyses, the same as above will apply. Please bear in mind that if you are based overseas, there will be time zone differences so reports may take an extra 48 hours. Some reports will be sent to you separately as soon as they are ready. Nevertheless, we’ll attempt to have all your race reports with you as soon as possible.
For those requiring an express service or support at a major competition, email us first to discuss your needs.
How much does race analysis cost?
£40 for 800m; £50 for 1500m; £60 for 3000m; £70 for 5000m & 3000m Steeplechase; £80 for 3-5k Race Walk; and £130 for 10000m.
We charge for your order in Pounds Sterling. Please note the actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company.
Can I try before I buy?
No, unfortunately not. However email us to take a look at an example report. This will give you a good idea of what to expect.

Yes, we certainly aim to. We understand that some events may have different distances, say for junior competition. Email us first to discuss your needs, and we’ll do our best to cater.
Where can I send footage from?
Ideally Youtube, but if you are based overseas (US/Canada/Europe/ Australia), we also analyse footage from FloTrack, RunnerSpace or MileSplit. For UK residents, you can email us footage from the above and www.runjumpthrow.com (Vinco). For footage other than your own, always remember to seek the owner’s permission first.
What countries do you provide race analysis to?
We currently provide analysis for residents in the US, Canada, Australia, Europe and UK. Providing your video footage is suitable of course. If we haven’t mentioned your location, email us with your query and we’ll aim to help.
Are there any suggestions on how to improve my performance?
No, we do not provide suggestions. The aim is to provide athletes and coaches with data (time and velocity) of each race. This information can then be used by coaches and athletes to adjust training and tactics, ultimately to enhance the coaching process and encourage athletes to perform at their best on race day.
I have my own footage, can I email it to you?
You can upload it onto Youtube and email the link to us. Alternatively, if you don’t have an account, you can upload your video onto Dropbox. Email email@example.com for further information.
How accurate is the race analysis?
We strive to ensure the data from each analysis is as accurate as possible. Please note that some inaccuracies could occur due to the quality of footage. To help with this, providing us with good video footage, where the athletes are also in view, along with clear markers at every section will allow us to get the most out of your data. Video footage with a high image resolution (or HD), and high frame rate (> 50 fps for own footage) will also aid this.
Can I have just a one-off analysis?
Yes. Although we apply a special discount if you know ahead that you’ll be requiring more than 5 analyses throughout the season (one calendar year). So it will work out cheaper to buy a package.
My race was indoors (200m track), will my splits change?
No. If you are racing indoors or outdoors, your analysis will include split times and velocity for every 400m. However if 200m splits (100m for 1500m) would be beneficial, we provide this for a small additional fee. Email us in advance before your purchase if you require this.
Do I need to register to place an order?
You don’t need to register to place an order, you can check out as a guest. However if you sign up (it will only take a minute), you can check out faster and save your details which may be useful if you require multiple analyses over time.
Can I change any part of my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately we cannot amend any part of your order once it has been placed, subject to discretion. However if you are wishing to add another analysis, you can make a new order that day. Of course providing that we have confirmed the footage is suitable for analysis first.
How do I place an order?
If you’re a new customer, you can register with us or continue as a guest. If you’re a returning customer, enter your login details.
You will need to enter your delivery and billing address details. Alternatively, you can checkout using Paypal.
At the checkout, add any extra details in the ‘Order Notes’ section, including the video link, your email address, as well as athlete and competitor details to help us easily identify who to analyse.
Please make sure that you review your order and details before completion. If you wish to make any last minute changes, you can click ‘CART’. Once you’re happy, go to the checkout and click ‘PROCEED TO PAYPAL’ and we’ll have your race report on its way to you, along with a confirmation e-mail message containing the details of your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
All transactions are processed securely via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay with your debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, and American Express. For those purchasing Custom Packages, Direct Bank Transfer is also available.
How secure is your website?
