As a scientist in human performance, I have supported those new to sport and exercise through to international athletes competing on the global stage, including the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, European and World Championships.
I understand that the journey is unique for each individual, along with the challenges that can crop up in both our professional and personal lives. Often, the stresses, competing demands and pressures of life on your time, mind, body and energy can feel somewhat overwhelming.
My aim is to support you on your journey, whether in your sporting or professional life, to equip you with the tools and strategies to achieve your peak performance through bespoke, one-to-one, science-based support.
WHAT DOES IT INVOLVE?
- Starting with an in-depth needs analysis, we will understand each area of your world and unique challenges, establishing what success looks like for you, and setting specific goals.
- Depending on your needs, we will identify the key areas for attention and discuss strategies to optimise performance (and without drastic changes). Using a holistic approach, this can incorporate physical fitness, recovery and nutrition through to health and work place habits.
- Should you ever have any questions, we will provide ongoing support and regularly check-in to adjust as necessary.
Through a bespoke programme of support, we will develop, educate and build on ways to enable you to perform at your best – not just for today, but towards a bright, healthy and sustainable future.
